My nostrils are showing more and more, so I am thinking about reconstruction. My nose was already short and small, so I had it done using only ear cartilage and septal cartilage. It was already asymmetric, and they said osteotomy was needed, but at the time, 10 years ago, osteotomy was a little scary so I just went ahead with it. At first the shape was prettier, but as it gradually started feeling like it was returning to a short-nose look, and because the bridge is crooked, in front-facing photos the silicone often feels like it is shifted to one side I had surgery 10 years ago, but I have been seriously thinking about it for the past 3 years, so what should I do
