I'm 2 weeks post-op from nose surgery. After the splint was removed, the swelling has gone down a lot. It still hasn't fully subsided, so if you look closely, it may look unnatural, but even with some swelling remaining, the shape is really pretty, so I'm satisfied. They harvested ear cartilage, so my ear was also very swollen, but the bruising on my ear is going down a lot, and the shape of my ear has settled safely, just like before the cartilage was removed. I'm truly grateful to my past self for choosing Cowon haha.
