I had internal-incision alar reduction plus Misko. I did it during the summer vacation special, but it still wasn't super cheap. I'm satisfied with the internal-incision alar reduction, but as the Misko threads dissolved, the tip of the nose and the columella started to droop, so the satisfaction with the reduction went down again. I remember the consultation manager pushed the reservation deposit a bit, and on the day of surgery I also consulted with the director. If I had done the tip as well, I would have been even more satisfied, so that's the part I regret. The scar is hardly visible. I'm satisfied with the alar reduction alone.
