I had three procedures: alar base reduction, correction of alar drooping, and correction of alar curvature It has been 2 weeks Because of my nostril wings, my whole face looked kind of broad and flat? After reducing them, my image definitely changed, and there’s nothing but good things.. I guess this is why everyone gets surgery. I should have done it sooner
