I went in for a consultation for revision nose surgery. The manager was pleasantly kind without overdoing it, and the director answered my questions well. They clearly explained my current condition and the problems too. The only thing that worried me a little was that there is no anesthesiology specialist on site, but since they said they had never had an accident, they did seem confident.
