Before <Before rhinoplasty> <Day 6 after surgery> <Nostril> On day 6, they removed the packing while leaving the splint and external stitches in place. They said my nose before surgery was extremely small, so that was the best they could do. But maybe there is still swelling, because the nostrils are a little asymmetrical.. It also feels like the tissue hasn't settled yet, and I feel slightly anxious. For now, I'm satisfied, but.. I'm not sure.
