I had surgery for the nose tip and the columella lowering about 4 to 5 years ago. They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I was reasonably satisfied. But I couldn’t get the nostril reduction I wanted most, so after about 5 years I ended up looking into it again like this. I think the director has moved the clinic to the procedure side now. My side profile became much prettier. I remember them being very delicate and kind.
