For me, as someone having my first surgery, he was the only director who said not to use the septal cartilage. The plan was surgery using only ear cartilage. I liked that he explained things in an easy-to-understand way while drawing pictures. I'm visiting clinics with my mother, and my mother liked him too. Because the director gave a good consultation, I felt I could trust him.
