For my first surgery, he was the only director who said we should not use the septal cartilage. The plan was to do the surgery using only ear cartilage. I liked that he drew pictures and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. I was visiting clinics with my mother, and she liked it too. I felt trust because the director explained things well during the consultation.
