Honestly, I’m not sure about the consultation manager, and there was way too much irrelevant chatter. If you negotiate over the cost, they’re the side that has more to lose, so they respond well to bargaining. From the consultation, the director calmly explained that it would turn out like this and that, and explained things well. The surgical line itself is pretty too. I was a question-mark killer; I poured out tons of questions about what I was worried about and my current condition, and they answered all of them clearly.
