To be honest, I wasn't sure about the consultation manager, and there was way too much random chatter. When it came to negotiating the cost, the weaker side was them, so they were happy to bargain. The doctor calmly explained from the consultation stage how things would go, and the surgical line itself was beautiful. I asked a ton of questions about the things I was worried about and my current condition, and he answered all of them clearly
