Overall, it was good. The doctor explained only what was necessary in a neat way, and answered each of my questions well. Also, even though I hadn’t even booked surgery, it was good that we could talk well about the direction. But the consultation manager felt a bit too rushed and overly pushy. The consultation manager kept using only technical terms, and even though I couldn’t understand them, they kept using technical terms, so that was a little disappointing.
