I used ear cartilage for my nasal tip before, but it drooped. Does anyone know if a support strut is only inserted when using ear cartilage? If I want the nasal tip not to drop, I heard autologous rib cartilage really almost doesn’t drop, so it seems okay. It’s not because I had inflammation or anything like that, it just really drooped, so I’m thinking of going for revision surgery consultations.. Or how is donated rib cartilage? For ㅁㅈ and ㅇㄴㅅㅌ, there’s only one doctor, and for ㅍㄹㅇㅂ and ㅇㅇ, which doctor is good?
