For those who have gone through the contracture phase, what were your symptoms like…?? It’s been a little over a month since I had only the silicone removed and the step-off filled in. From week 3, I started thinking, huh? It seems to be lifting (to the point where others don’t notice, only I can tell). Now at week 5, the tight feeling and discomfort in my nose are really intense (it still feels uncomfortable even when I sleep), there’s tension between my eyebrows too, and it feels like the shape is changing more and more very quickly.. I slept with downward taping yesterday, but compared to the day before yesterday, my nose still seems more lifted. In the early period after surgery there must have been swelling too, but my columella used to be really plump, and now it’s completely gone.. My nasolabial angle has lifted a bit too, and from the side my nose feels smaller sigh I had it removed because of an inflammatory reaction (there wasn’t pus coming out or severe swelling/redness, but the pain was bad). Right before removal, my nose wasn’t lifted, but my nostrils got bigger and more visible, my columella disappeared, and I think I had very slight contracture, so I’m even more worried.. Honestly, I still have a throbbing pain left in my nose too.. For those who went through the contracture phase, please share your experiences
