I received an examination and consultation for the purpose of cosmetic and functional surgery for a crooked nose. Based on the examination, they recommended several things, including osteotomy, septal cartilage reconstruction, nasal tip surgery, dermal grafting, and so on. Setting aside the consultation details for now, I prefer a natural style, but when I looked at people there who had already had surgery, their noses looked, to me, like they had been raised too dramatically, so it seems they pursue a more glamorous look rather than a natural style.
