It was nice that the waiting room was private… However, the consultant’s attitude didn’t really inspire trust either (after I said I had another consultation appointment at a hospital famous for revision rhinoplasty, she said something like, then you’ll probably do it there, so just pay a deposit and go, and they’d refund it…) The director’s consultation also felt much less sincere compared with other hospitals. I don’t know if it was because I went late and he was tired, but as a patient anxious about revision surgery, it really didn’t satisfy me.
