The director explained most things in advance, and if I asked one question, he would give detailed answers to that as well, so the consultation time felt extremely long. It felt like the explanation wouldn't end until the director was satisfied, even if I was satisfied, but rather this made me feel like they were paying a lot of attention, which was good. And it wasn't just that the time was long; they also explained my nose and possible improvement methods well, so it seemed to help me understand the surgery better too.
