The director explained most things in advance, and whenever I asked one question, they gave a detailed answer, so the consultation time ended up being extremely long. It felt like the explanation would not end until the director was satisfied even if I was already satisfied, but rather than bothering me, it made me feel like they were really paying attention, which was nice. And it was not just long for no reason; they also explained my nose and possible improvement plans well, so it seems to have helped me understand the surgery better.
