After my first surgery, the bridge of my nose is okay, but the nasal tip has drooped a lot, so the columella has come down quite a bit. Of course, shaping the nose well is important, but I think I also need to restore the collapsed columella and correct the nasolabial angle. Is this place really good at that? For my first surgery, they used septal cartilage + ear cartilage, so for this revision surgery I’m considering rib cartilage. Also, if you know any good places, please recommend them. I really want this revision surgery to succeed...
