Hi, I’m someone whose first nose surgery failed so badly that my post even made it to the real-time popular posts in this community. I only had these two things done: columellar support with ear cartilage and cartilage tying, but my nostrils show a ton, my columella is crooked, and it’s a complete mess. Please don’t ask me which hospital it was, because I received a partial refund and signed a pledge saying I wouldn’t post about it online, so I’m scared to say. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
