Hi, I’m someone whose first nose surgery failed so badly that my post even made it to the real-time popular posts in this community. I only had these two things done: columellar support with ear cartilage and cartilage tying, but my nostrils show a ton, my columella is crooked, and it’s a complete mess. Please don’t ask me which hospital it was, because I received a partial refund and signed a pledge saying I wouldn’t post about it online, so I’m scared to say.
