I made a reservation and went, but I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes because the previous surgery was delayed.. The director looked over my face and explained everything in detail. When I said I came because of things I wasn’t satisfied with after surgery at another clinic, they said it might be better to just go back and have it done there, so I felt a bit awkward.. But rather than saying it would work out 100%, they seem to speak honestly and say there will be some degree of improvement.
