Fat grafting: As soon as they saw my eyes, they said fat grafting was essential, and when I said I was reluctant about it, they explained in detail how they would inject it. It seemed so delicate that I thought it would be fine myself. I was persuaded to do fat grafting for the first time. I said I'd do it.
Inner canthoplasty: They were the only one who seemed to know how to solve the Mongolian fold hook without opening the inner corner any further. They briefly explained the surgery method for fixing the hook, and it was a technique I had never heard of before. Of course, my interpupillary distance isn't especially narrow, and they said they'd slightly open the inner corner even for the eyelid shape. Even if they didn't open the inner corner all the way, it seemed like the hook would be 100% solved, which I really liked.
Double eyelid: incision to about an in-out line (the photo I brought was semi-out, and they said it wasn't in-out). In any case, they said they would make it pretty at around 2 to 3 mm so it wouldn't look like sausage eyes.
