Before <before photo> After my first surgery, I had silicone and ear cartilage surgery, and it felt droopy and hump-like, so for the revision surgery I absolutely did not want to use ear cartilage again When I went for the consultation, thankfully they did not recommend ear cartilage at all~ I had been looking for a good rhinoplasty surgeon and went to the consultation because I wanted to trust them after a friend’s introduction, and they pointed out the parts I thought were the problem first, which is why I decided on this place! My nose has always been small.. so because there is a limit to how much it can be raised, I wanted it to be as pretty as possible while still being higher, and I think it got much higher than I expected At first it looked glamorous, but now the side view sometimes looks glamorous, and the front view feels natural too This time they used silicone, rib cartilage, and septal cartilage for the surgery, and because of osteotomy and my thin skin and small nose, they also did dermis grafting
