I originally had a slightly upturned nose and a bulbous nose, so I had autologous costal cartilage, 3 mm silicone, columella lowering, and alar reduction. It's been one week now, and I only had the splint removed. The stitches haven't been removed yet. But my nostrils look narrow and like the number 11. It looks so unnatural, could this be botched... There is still a lot of swelling. Does the nostril shape also change over time..? Since I haven't even had the stitches removed yet, I can't wash properly and can't really wash my hair, so my condition is a mess, and with my nose looking like this too, I feel so upset
