I had rhinoplasty, but my nasal tip drooped, so I had revision rhinoplasty. At first, I didn’t have osteotomy done, but this time I did it with osteotomy, and the swelling was no joke. In reality, after 1 or 2 years, my nose became slimmer. For those worried because of swelling, time is the best medicine.
