Nose Re-Surgery

Among those who have had revision rhinoplasty, by any chance

I had surgery with no implant for the nasal bridge and only septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but after the surgery, when the splint was removed, my nasal tip was a bit upturned. I like the bridge line, since it has no implant. But it feels like they raised the nasal tip in a somewhat flashy, pointy way, so the tip looks a bit upturned like a pig nose. Later, when I have revision surgery, if only the septal cartilage in the nasal tip is removed, can it go back exactly to how my nose looked before? Or does the nasal tip usually come down? If it does come down, around when does it start to come down? It’s almost been one month since surgery.
