Because of inflammation, I am going around the so-called “three major clinics” for complete removal, though I do not know who decided that, and visiting other places too. Usually they said the surgery would require an open approach, but only [Clinic A] said complete removal was possible through a closed approach, so I am really deliberating. If it were severe enough to require opening, they would have opened it, meaning it is not that serious, right? What does everyone think??????? I am very tempted by the idea that, because there is scarring on the columella and it has contracted, I would not need an open columellar approach. But I am also wondering whether the removal will go well…
