Recently, the right side of my nasal tip has started looking white through the skin, and I’m deliberating over it. I went to the clinic, and they said there was no chance the cartilage would break through, so I didn’t need to worry for now; they said they could simply smooth the cartilage later if it became bothersome to look at. But I forgot to ask whether it would be an open surgery through the columella Has anyone had surgery done through an incision only inside the nose…?
