A few years after my first surgery, the silicone started showing through and my nose looked slightly crooked, so I eventually had revision surgery This time, I disliked the feel of an implant itself, so from the consultation onward I kept saying that I wanted to use my own cartilage as much as possible, and the director suggested a feasible approach after examining my current nose. Since it was revision surgery, the swelling went down at a different pace from my first surgery, and I was needlessly anxious at first. Now the show-through bothers me much less, and the crooked appearance from the front has improved compared with before. The coordinator was not especially kind during the consultation either.. and the reception area felt a little chaotic... which was disappointing, but judging by the result alone, I am satisfied so far.
