My nose had a very pronounced hump. People with noses like mine are apparently often nicknamed Shin Hyun-joon lol, and I was the female version too.. The hump disappeared so cleanly that I wondered where it had ever been, and my nasal line became feminine, completely changing my image!! Since I also had rhinitis surgery, breathing became much easier, and now that my nasal line is prettier, I feel like dressing up more and my self-esteem has definitely improved haha.
