<My nose now><This is the nose I want>I had my first surgery 5 years ago with donated rib cartilage, but my nose ended up too straight and long, so I was really stressed because the middle part looked long I went for a revision consultation today, and the doctor said the nose shape itself is okay (they did say I don’t necessarily need to do it, since there’s no inflammation and the nasal tip has barely drooped), but said it might work to add ear cartilage on top of the donated rib cartilage at the nasal tip to lift the tip a bit, and lower the bridge to match that. How does it look..?
