After removal, for the first week right after removal, maybe because of swelling, my nasal tip was round like a bulbous nose and my nostrils were round too. But starting from after one week, once the splint was removed and maybe the swelling was gradually going down, between weeks 1 and 2, even when viewed from below, my nostrils looked pointed like post-surgery nostrils, and my nasal tip was a bit more upturned than right after surgery. Could this be the contraction phase? Can the contraction phase come this quickly?
