For the nose line, I told them that I preferred a straight line rather than a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and that I wanted it to look natural without being too high, so the doctor designed the line while reflecting my needs as much as possible. I proceeded without an implant, had nasal osteotomy, used septal cartilage, and also used ear cartilage. Since my nose had a strong spread-out look, I also had alar base reduction done together. I had surgery on Saturday, and today is day 2, so I went to have the nasal packing removed. I hope the splint comes off quickly and the swelling goes down too haha. Before surgery, I had inflammation in my body and my condition was really bad but the nurses and Dr. Lee Joo-cheol all kept checking my physical condition and took a lot of care during the procedure, so I think I received it safely and well.
They say day 2 is when swelling is the worst and bruising is also heavy, but only the parts where the nose was osteotomized are a little bruised, and there isn't much swelling elsewhere, so it's surprising,,, I think it's because the surgery was done that well. I'll come back to post again after the splint is removed~~~~
