Before and after after after afterMy nasal tip was drooping as if someone had pressed it down, so I always lacked confidence about my nose If anything, I looked better when I wore a mask.. phew So I decided to get rhinoplasty and went around for consultations, then ended up having surgery here. Personally, I absolutely did not want to put silicone in.. Even if there were limitations in shape, I wanted the surgery without silicone no matter what. But during the consultation, this place empathized with what I was saying the most, and told me they would make the shape as pretty as possible even without implants, so I had surgery here!
The last photo was taken on day 7 after surgery, and I brought it to compare. Even normally, I’m the type who bruises easily if I bump into something, so after rhinoplasty I did get some bruising. The bruising went away around day 10? I think it disappeared faster than I expected, and now all the bruising is gone, so it looks clean:D And since my rhinoplasty materials were implant-free, there’s no bridge implant; for the nasal tip, they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage. In addition, they said a step-off could form between the nasal bridge and nasal tip, so they inserted dermis to prevent that. I liked how meticulous that part was!!
Even though it was implant-free, I’m very satisfied because the nasal tip seems to have been operated on smoothly without a big sense of mismatch with the nasal bridge, and most of all, I really like that I don’t have to worry about implant-related side effects! It was a bit hard to find a hospital good at implant-free surgery, but I’m glad I found a good hospital and had the surgery haha
