After my first nose surgery, I really liked the shape and line, but from some point on, the nasal tip gradually started turning upward, and it felt hard when I touched it. I searched online and saw people saying it was contracture, so I hurriedly got consultations at places that could make the line similar to the one from my previous surgery, and I liked this place the most, so I had surgery here. While having revision surgery for a contracted nose, I also had lengthening done, with the surgery aimed at making my facial features a bit more defined. For materials, based on the director’s recommendation, I used ear cartilage and autologous costal cartilage together. I’m glad the contracture was resolved, but I had thought I would be happy if the line came out just as well as after my first surgery. Instead, I like the line much more than when I had my first surgery.
