I'm on day 2 after nose surgery, and my nose was originally on the small and low side. They said a glamorous-looking nose would suit me well, so the clinic said they would make it as glamorous as possible They used silicone, donated costal cartilage, and septal cartilage, but said they didn't need to use ear cartilage, so they didn't! But maybe because of the swelling, my nose looks so thick and the nasal tip seems low Do you think it might look higher once the splint comes off..? I'm depressed
