Before/after Rather than height, what I really, really wanted to change was the hump and the drooping nasal tip. It hasn’t been long since surgery yet, so there’s still swelling and I can’t say it has settled, but compared with my previous nose, it really feels like I have someone else’s nose.. I’m seriously realizing what people mean when they say a man’s looks depend on his nose.. I do wish the nasal tip would go up just a little higher, but maybe that’s greed, and I guess this is why people’s desires never end.. But the hump is really.. even when I look at it, it’s amazing
