After worrying so, so, so much before and after, I had hump nose and bulbous nose correction at Avec a week ago! I chose no implant because I’ve seen many cases of revision surgery due to foreign-body reactions from implants! I was a bit worried because usually with no implant there can be a difference between before and after, but Director Park Sungwoo at Avec spoke so confidently that I trusted him and went ahead with it. Wow, the before-and-after difference is seriously amazing haha Actually, until the cast was removed at first, I felt like nothing had changed much, so I cried a little, but as soon as the cast came off, I could clearly see the change!! It’s exactly the look I wanted, so I’m really happy, and I’m writing this review even though I’m still covered in bruises haha I really feel like I did so well trusting Director Park Sungwoo and going with him, seriously haha I also asked for the nasal tip to be made sharp and defined, and I was really surprised that this was possible without using autologous costal cartilage! Of course, it may drop a little as time passes, but I still think it won’t be bad!!
