I’m urgently looking into revision rhinoplasty..! I had my first rhinoplasty 7 years ago using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but maybe my skin has gotten a lot thinner because there’s a whitish show-through now;;.. When I looked it up, people said that if the skin gets thin, you need to use dermis. Do I get to choose whether it’s donated dermis or my own dermis? Does anyone here know well whether dermis is absolutely necessary, or whether it can be fixed without using it? Looking at people who had revision surgery at Saegim and Mood On, it seems like they use a variety of methods.. Is autologous dermis really expensive??
