About 18 years ago, I saw my younger sibling successfully have surgery at a famous hospital in Busan and become prettier, and because I also wanted to become pretty like that, I had rhinoplasty at the same hospital. But afterward, unluckily?! unlike my sibling, my nasal tip very slowly began to lift over several years, and from the summer before last, strange things started forming inside my nose and on the nasal dorsum, pus kept coming out, and the throbbing pain became so extreme that I even had severe headaches. I could not bear it and ended up undergoing nasal implant removal surgery:(( So then, the biggest purpose of what I want to say here and why I am writing this post?!! It is because I want to recommend Dr. Kook Wonseok, who helped me regain my natural nose, and also because I hope this can be even a little helpful to the many people who may be continuing various journeys to become even prettier, such as finding hospitals, reading online reviews, going to consultations in different areas while comparing costs and finding a skilled doctor, and so on. For reference, there were several years when I completely ignored my younger sibling telling me that my nose was gradually lifting. Even when white pimples or millet-like bumps first appeared inside my nose, I went around to several ENT clinics expecting them to remove them, and even when pus kept coming out no matter how many times I squeezed it, I was someone who never even imagined, “No way~ come on~ there is silicone in my nose!” Ridiculous, but the reason?? When I had surgery at a certain hospital in Busan, they said they were not putting anything into my nose, just shaving my nasal bone well and shaping it nicely before proceeding with the surgery, so foolishly, I really believed that was true;(( Has anyone had this kind of experience? It felt like being hit properly in the back of the head Anyway, at that time, of course I trusted what that doctor said and had the surgery~ But~ the shocking fact was that silicone had been sitting inside my nose for an incredibly long time After battling pus for months, I felt this was not right and began very diligently reading countless online reviews like you all in December 2022, haha. Even then, I kept thinking that nasal removal surgery really was not something I would do^^;; But as spring 2023 passed, pus from contracture and inflammation became shockingly severe, and after going through nightmare-like times that I never want to experience again finally, that summer! That’s right~ I also carefully read many reviews of several hospitals and contacted many hospitals, but more than anywhere else, the place where both phone consultation and in-person consultation were the kindest and best was Kook Wonseok Plastic Surgery. I made a reservation right on the consultation day, set the date, and proceeded with surgery! The consistently kind responses from the consultation manager and the other staff working together, and above all, the most important thing! Dr. Kook’s skill from long experience, plus his incredibly good character, meticulousness, and the way he answered my many questions in a way that was easy to understand without exaggeration, overstatement, or unnecessary explanations. For reference, I prepared several questions in advance before our first meeting, because?! surgery was scary, and I was also afraid of what would happen afterward. Also, for about two months after surgery, he cared for me regularly once a week, took photos of the progress and showed them to me, and truly put care into it, so I felt at ease every moment~ After that, he checked the improvement process every few months, and because it felt like I was finding my real beautiful appearance and charm, my happiness also kept growing:) Hospitals are like that, right?! They feel stiff somehow, and plastic surgery clinics feel like they will only recommend that you do more~ But there was none of that at all, so every time I went, I really thought this hospital was worth going to~~;) For reference, I think the process of finding beauty in any form is up to the individual to decide. I am absolutely not someone who opposes plastic surgery, but what is certain is that whether I spend more of my time, money, and energy or not seems to depend on whose hands I entrust the surgery to. So rather than hospitals that chase money, operate like a factory, push excessive surgeries, and additionally recommend this surgery and that surgery, I think it is best to meet a doctor who, without those things, has truly worked with genuine professionalism and consistently done his best for a long time!! And if even a little inflammation appears, immediately find a skilled doctor, go to the hospital, get diagnosed, and check the condition. Needless to say, that reduces future time, money, and energy, right??!! It is very obvious;)) So ~~ from the very beginning, I strongly recommend meeting a doctor with a lot~ of experience!! And there really is a doctor who treats you sincerely like family!! Please~ I would be grateful if you remember that!!
