It’s been one month since I had surgery for the nasal tip, nasal bridge osteotomy, and bulbous nose correction, and I used autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, silicone for the nasal bridge, and ear cartilage together. My nose was such a total mess that I wondered if it could even be corrected, but I think once the remaining swelling goes down, it will become slimmer and more natural. I had quite a severe hump, so the nasal bridge was shaved down, and it definitely seems like the masculine image is gone. I want the residual swelling to go down quickly so I can see the proper line. It is getting a lot better, right...?
