I went expecting a lot because I heard it was a great place for Botox!!! But it was notorious for long waits, so I went nervously, and really waited 1 hour and 20 minutes...^^ I consulted with the director right away, then with the coordinator, and the procedure itself was quick. It was ice anesthesia, and the injections were given without saying they were going to use a needle, just little taps, but I actually liked it because I was less tense while receiving them lol. They explained the possible side effects and everything in detail. I need to watch the progress, but I think it will be fine. They said to come back after a month because my salivary glands are large.
