They see many bulbous-nose cases, and because I wanted to minimize implants and anything else, I went only for a consultation. I brought before-and-after photos from Photoshop and said I wanted to look only like that, and they said that even just reducing the nostril wings and the nasal walls as I wanted would improve my appearance. But honestly, when they asked whether I had visited other clinics and what they had said, I told them the others said costal cartilage and silicone were absolutely necessary. They said that was correct for improving the actual midface depression, but if I only wanted to correct slight nasal spreading, they would improve my appearance by doing only what I wanted. They did not pressure me, which I liked. The consultation coordinator was also extremely kind and explained everything in detail. Great.
