The surgeon gave a very professional and detailed consultation. First, he carefully asked what I wanted to improve and, conversely, what nose shape I absolutely did not want. Then he explained in great detail which surgical methods would be needed to achieve my desired direction, and the advantages and disadvantages of each method. What especially impressed me was that he suggested a realistic compromise that could achieve the improvement I wanted while avoiding the nose shape I did not want as much as possible. Rather than simply recommending surgery to match the shape I wanted, he specifically explained which parts would improve with each method and what limitations or disadvantages might arise. He also clearly pointed out the realistically achievable range of improvement and the difficult aspects, considering my nose’s current structure and characteristics, which made me trust him even more.
