I had surgery here during the COVID-19 period. The consultation at the time was very long and detailed, and I asked many questions, but I think I did not pay close enough attention to how the eyelid line would be formed. The surgery was performed under local anesthesia and seemed to take about 30 minutes per eye. It looked natural, but my eyes became asymmetrical. During surgery, they ask you to open your eyes, and I think I made a mistake by opening them with too much force then lol. It looks so natural that no one would ever know I had eye surgery unless I told them. But it is not true that nothing changed from before; it is definitely better than before. Clearly communicate the design you want, and do not open your eyes too forcefully during surgery haha.
