At first I had it done with silicone, but the silicone bent sideways, so I had a revision using temporal fascia + ear cartilage that was pounded and inserted. When I had the revision, I was still a student, and at that time I think I never even considered that it should be removed. Looking back now, that was the chance to just take the silicone out and return to being natural again I got so fixated on the idea that I needed a revision to build up the bridge of my nose that I ended up getting it done at a university hospital. But because it was ear cartilage, maybe there wasn't enough of it, so instead of spreading evenly, it stayed bumpy. Just looking at it, there is no obvious sign at all, but if I take photos in natural light or under strong lighting, it shows up because the uneven shadows appear in the photo. Just thinking about looking into removal again already feels so far away..
