Because my nose is upturned, I had tip surgery using ear cartilage, but the cartilage visibility is now so severe that I’m planning a revision. In the past, surgeries using dermis were not available, so there’s nothing to be done now about the cartilage showing through, but when I went back for another consultation, I was shocked by the dismissive attitude.
