I said I wanted to have implant-free rhinoplasty because I was worried that putting in silicone might cause an inflammatory reaction, and then the consultation started. My nasal bridge was about average, and other places recommended silicone, but here the doctor seemed confident in their own skills and said it was possible. I even scheduled a rhinoplasty date for one month later, but I just started feeling skeptical about nose surgery and canceled the surgery. This consultation was 2-3 years ago, so I’m only writing what I remember.
