My nose - the silicone goes up to the glabella and shows through (-> I want it removed), saddle nose, nasal tip (a bit upturned, and because the septum is deviated, it’s uneven)
1 Plastic surgery clinic - Remove silicone, cover the nose with MegaDerm (dermis), correct the deviated columella with ear cartilage
2 Plastic surgery clinic - Remove silicone, correct the saddle nose with donated rib cartilage (or autologous rib cartilage, choice available), and correct the nasal tip and deviated columella
I think explanation no. 2 seems right.. but honestly, I don’t want to use rib cartilage Still, since I’m thinking this will be the last time, using rib cartilage would be right, wouldn’t it? (If I use rib cartilage, how is donated rib cartilage..? I’m prone to hypertrophic scars, so I feel burdened about leaving a scar, and they said because my torso is small, they might not be able to harvest enough) I’d be grateful if you could answer
