Hi, I’ve only been lurking for 3 years, and this is my first time writing a post. When I was in my second year of high school, at an ENT clinic, I had nasal bone osteotomy, a septal strut, and they said artificial dermis was placed between my nasal bridge and nasal tip, but I only found out 2 years later that artificial dermis had been inserted lol. At the time of surgery, my request was clearly just to shave down the hump, and my original nasal tip was high and pretty in shape. When I had gotten onto the operating table and was lying down, the doctor suddenly recommended raising the nasal tip too. I said I was fine 3 or 4 times, but the doctor kept saying that it would need to be raised, that it would be better to raise it…
